1WHAT IS THE CURRENT MARKET VALUE OF UNIT PRICES?

2IF I AM A CURRENT INVESTOR, AM I ABLE TO ADD TO MY INVESTMENT?
Yes, you can deposit or transfer the amount directly into the relevant Roshgold bank account.
You may request the Banking details by calling us or sending a request via e-mail.
Please use your Roshgold account number, name and surname as reference and email proof of payment to info@roshgold.co.za.
3WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A LUMP SUM AT PRESENT TO BUY A SHARE?
Roshgold and Roshsun units you can contribute a small amount every month to build up to the unit price. Roshmetals and Minerals units must be bought at the current market value.
4WHAT IS THE MINIMUM DEBIT ORDER?
The minimum debit order is R200/month, however you may contribute more.
5HOW DOES MY RETURN-ON-INVESTMENT INFLUENCE MY TAX STATUS?
All interest received should be declared on your annual tax return.
6WHEN ARE RETURNS PAID OUT?
Roshgold: Towards the month of December each year.
Roshsun: Towards the months of April & November each year.
Roshmetals & Minerals: Reinvested.
7CAN I REINVEST MY RETURNS?
Yes. We encourage reinvesting your returns as it adds capital growth to your investment.
8CAN I SPECULATE WITH MY INVESTMENTS IN ANY OF THE ROSHGOLD PROJECTS?
We do not encourage speculation and accordingly do not encourage investment in the group for a period shorter than 3-5 years to earn regular returns and earn capital growth. Roshgold is a long-term investment.
9CAN I BUY SHARES ON BEHALF OF MY CHILDREN/GRANDCHILDREN?
Yes. All we require is a copy of the party’s birth certificate/ID document and proof of residential address of the parent or guardian.
10WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED FOR COMPLIANCE?
You will be required to submit:
Your ID copy or birth certificate and proof of residence, together with the relevant completed form.
11WHO CAN APPLY WITH ROSHGOLD?
Any South African citizen can apply for a Roshgold account, provided they complete the necessary documents and supply us with legal proof of identification, and proof of residence.
12DEBIT ORDERS
The Groups debit orders will be debited from the shareholders account on or before the 2nd day of each month.
Any amendments to debit orders must be done in writing and sent to our offices via email. Kindly download the
Debit Order Change Form should you wish to make any amendments to your current information.
All submissions must be done by the 20th of each month and sent in writing to info@roshgold.co.za.
Changes will only be attended to once written notification is received from the shareholder.
13ADMINISTRATION FEE
No fees are charged upon purchasing of shares.
An administration fee is chargeable on the following transactions:
• Sale of shares
• Bank Charges - all cash deposit fees charged will be deducted from the shareholders bank account.

The admin fee will be determined by the company and reviewed from time-to-time.
14CASH RECEIPTS
Due to high risks attached to keeping cash on our premises and the transporting of cash, we regretfully do not accept any cash at our offices. Cash deposits can be made directly into the relevant Roshgold bank account.
Please note: Cash deposit fees will be deducted from the shareholders account.
15ZAKAAT CALCULATIONS
Zakaat calculations are done yearly approaching the month of Ramadaan.
You may email info@roshold.co.za for Zakaat figures.
Calculations are conducted by independent auditors, shareholders will be notified accordingly.
16WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MARKET VALUE AND ZAKAAT VALUE?
Market value: The value of your whole investment at the current point in time.
Zakaat value: This figure is the value that excludes the property portion of the investment.
17IT3'B -TAX CERTIFICATES
An IT3’b is sent out upon request once a year for Income Tax purposes. The it3’bs reflects the shareholding, market value and returns earned in respect of the financial year ended.
18ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the company is held around November each year, after the independent audit is conducted and finalized. All shareholders are welcome to attend the meeting.
19IS THE INVESTMENT GUARANTEED?
Roshgold has paid returns to shareholders annually. While returns have appreciated over the past four decades, there is a certain degree of risk attached. The risk profile of the Roshgold Group is low-moderate.
20ARE THE RETURNS FIXED?
The returns are not fixed - they are dependent on the profit the company makes in the financial year.
21WHEN CAN I SELL MY SHARES?
Roshgold is a long-term investment, however Shareholders can sell at any time. There is no lock-in period.
Note: An admin fee is applicable when selling shares.
22WHAT HAPPENS TO THE INVESTMENT SHOULD I PASS AWAY?
The Executor of the Deceased Estate needs to inform Roshgold of the passing away of the shareholder. Thereafter Roshgold will inform the Executor on the procedure to sell or transfer the shares of the Shareholder. No information will be provided to anyone besides the Executor of the Estate.

24HOW DO I CHANGE MY INVESTMENT OPTION?
You may complete the Shareholder update form and email the completed form to info@roshgold.co.za.
25HOW DO I UPDATE ANY CHANGES IN MY PERSONAL PARTICULARS?
You may complete the Shareholder Update Form, found at the bottom of the Financial Solutions page on our website, and email it to info@roshgold.co.za.
